RENTALS

Five apartments:

  • Each apartment consist of three single rooms and one sharing room with a total of five students in an apartment.
  • Two boys units and three girls units.
  • Secure and safe apartments with lockable garages.
  • Electrical appliances in the apartments: Stove, microwave, kettle, washing machine and two fridges.

Ten monthly rental:

  • Rental period from February to November a 10x (ten) months lease.
  • Rental amount is dependent on the grading.
  • The amounts gets finalised by NSFAS and CUT normally within the first four months of the year. We hope it will be before April 2026
  • We think it would be between R4800 and R6000 per bed for 2026.
  • This rental needs to be released by the NSFAS funded students every month once checked and locked in by the landlord.

Weekly rental:

  • Rental period only available between December and January.
  • Weeks available for renting: 49,50,51,52,1,2,3,4,5,6.
  • Weekly rental amount per person R1000.00 for the year 2025 – 2026.
  • Accommodation can also be booked on Airbnb for this dates.
